How can we help?
This page is for parents and caregivers who need help with the listening room, the iOS app, local settings, or a title in the reviewed catalog.
Quick help
A few useful places to start
- Installing the iOS app: open Parent Corner and use its verified App Store link. Open Parent Corner →
- Streaming a story: stories normally play from their reviewed publishers and need an internet connection, unless that episode was saved for offline listening.
- Watchlists, filters, and comfort settings: these stay on the device. The privacy page explains how to see and erase them.
- One title is unavailable: refresh once, then try another story. A reviewed publisher feed can be temporarily unavailable even when the rest of the shelf is working.
Troubleshooting
Try these private, device-only steps
This page does not send us anything or ask for contact details. These checks stay between you and your device.
- The page looks stuck: reload it once. If that does not help, close the tab or app and open it again.
- A story will not play: check the device volume and audio output, then try a second title to tell whether one publisher feed is unavailable.
- The iOS app keeps misbehaving: check the App Store for an update. Reinstalling is a last step because it clears local watchlists, playlists, and comfort settings.
- You want a fresh start: use Erase everything on this device and reopen the listening room.
